What’s involved?
Our focus is creating a variety of strategies to achieve healthy natural soil conditions, using an integrated approach to turf management. Converting to 100% organic means first understanding how plants grow in nature and then creating and fully supporting a natural eco-system in your soil. Grass and soil are interdependent, living, biological systems and should be treated individually for greater success rates. A healthier lawn will create a weed-free lawn naturally.

Round 1: March –Early April  
- An application of Corn Gluten Meal Crabgrass Control. It applied to boost early spring growth while suppressing the crabgrass seedlings 

Round 2:  April – June 
- Organic granular fertilizer is applied.  
Round 3:  June – Early July 
- Organic Liquid fertilizer is applied to help maintain growth through the dry months.

Round 4: July - August
Organic liquid or granular fertilizer is applied 
 
Round 5: Late August - September 
- A second application of Corn Gluten Meal fertilizer is applied  
 
Round 6:  October - November 
Granular fertilizer is applied as a final feeding to prepare the grass for the harsh winter months.
